My name is Rosalie and I’m an illustrator from the wild & wonderful hills of rural West Virginia.

I use illustration to honor the places and creatures that often go unnoticed. My goal is to remind viewers of the amazing intricacy of our planet. I hope that after seeing my work, people will spend a few more minutes scouring the forest floor for tiny treasures on their next adventure into the woods.

Another passion of mine is creating illustrations that break down educational and scientific information in a way that is engaging to a broader audience. I want to make learning accessible to work toward a deeper collective understanding of how the earth works.

I am also an educator. So far, I’ve enjoyed teaching field sketching, watercolor illustration & outdoor observation workshops in schools, national parks and REI stores.
